A hotel entre´ I couldn’t resist! Loved the table too…but to what use it was I couldn’t guess. Being beautiful only?

Amazing shot!
I love your surroundings; it looks like a scene in a fantasy movie, with the immense amount of mirrors; so surrealistic but beautiful.
That really was an interesting hotel – thank you for commenting.

Bravo! Great depth of field, dramatic lighting and well-articulated subject matter — background, foreground and of course self. Thanks for sharing.:)
I’m grateful for your comment – thank you!
I love the console table and the infinite reflections! The best ‘selfie’ so far 🙂
Well I’m happy you think so! There was a comment stating that infinite reflections didn’t apply to me in the picture. I hadn’t thought of that.
That’s a great selfie – what is odd is the style of that table in such an art-deco environment…
Indeed it is odd – but not totally wrong…
Jättefin bild av dig ! …Och entrén …
Ska bli så roligt att få träffas snart … // Maria 🙂
Mmm, bara en vecka kvar!
So lovely! What a beautiful hotel lobby.
Thank you – I loved it too!

Thank you!
You’ve made a fantastic self-portrait! I love the composition, the play of geometry against the organic flow of your clothes, the limited use of color but capturing a nice complementary balance of it. And I love that you’re the most beautiful subject in the picture, too. 🙂
That was a lovely comment! Thank you so much!
gorgeous shot! 🙂
Thank you, KZ!

Magical … the table is truly beautiful .. and I know you’re too – but the mirror effect is what I find most exciting.
Mirrors are great, are’nt they…as long as I’m not in them…This one is OK for me!
It’s a fantastic photo … love how the entrance just goes on and on … The table is so beautiful .. and so are you – in the picture or not!!!! *smile
Jag sällar mig till de andra kommentatorerna; du ser levande och färgstark ut med den vackra klänningen i den där strama ArtDeco-lobbyn. En rolig bild, bra för temat 🙂
Tackar! Jag tänkte väl inte riktigt på det just då…att passa in eller annat. Men kul att du tycker det blev bra.
you look as elegant as your surrounds
Well, thank you!

Please do take more, lovely shot Leya!
he, he, thanks a lot! Have a great sunday!
so elegant, and you too 🙂
🙂 Thank you! But, my hat is hanging down by my bag and all…
You might not do selfless but that is lovely and you are looking good, Girl. It’s as if you’ve chosen the dress to compliment the background colours.
He, he – now you made my day! Well, had I known about the background maybe I would…my green hat is sticking out though, hanging down from my bag…that disturbes me somewhat…;)
a mere detail, my dear.
I’m into details…hopeless case…
Love this! Love how there are mirrors within mirrors within mirrors…and just one you 🙂
Ha, ha – yes, I didn’t think of that!
Great selfie!
Thank you! I never do that with my cell phone though…
Me neither. With my cell phone it is actually too difficult.
It is? Well, I have never tried…But, yes, I can imagine, because I find it difficult to press the right area when looking from ”the right side” too.
The best way for me to do a selfie is the old fashioned way using the auto timer on the camera!
Yes, I would think so…but I never do. i’m always behind….it.
I love the way you captured this place, and how your dress complements the green. A big flower arrangement will be great on that table, or perhaps not? 🙂
Maybe they put one there occationally? That would have been wonderful. An endless row of flowers!
What a beautiful spot for a selfie!
janet
I do agree, Janet. I’m afraid I didn’t want a selfie, but could find no other way of taking a photo in there. I just had to put myself in the least disturbing position…
Ser ut att vara ett fint hotell. Kul bild 🙂
Det var byggt som en stor basilika eller moske’. Först trodde jag att det var det, men det var ett annorlunda hotell.
That is a beautiful selfie image!
Amy, I never do selfies, but this one is OK. The mirrors and ceiling make it beautiful – and I really could not take a photo without being in it myself…
Same here… 🙂
Love your ”selfie” (hate the word) I imagine they use that table to put place cards for Weddings maybe?
Yes, maybe they do! Nothing this time though. I hate that word, ”selfie”, too! It’s really ugly and gives you a bad taste when seeing or hearing it…I think maybe it’s too close to ”selfish” – the last thing one would want to show off…
Thats an excellent analogy Ann. I think you are right !
Lovely selfie shot. 🙂
😉 Thank you!
Cool shot! Love the ceiling and the mirror. The prime subject (you) is perfectly composed. Cool shot.
Thank you! Well…I’m glad you liked it, and 😉 I smile at the pun on being perfectly composed… But it sounds nice!
What a treat to see you in one of your photos 🙂
Looks like an amazing hotel….perhaps the table sometimes holds a vase of flowers?
My guess too. Now there was nothing – empty. No info leaflet or something either.
Love the selfie 🙂
He, he – well, that was a nice way of gliding in to that hotel…
