Well, this is the Polish Light Move festival, he3ld every Autumn in Lodz. That first photo was from a park in Lodz with many spooky, artsy light works. The lady was standing behind one of them!
This looks like it came from The War of the Worlds.
Haha – well, it was a festival of Lights!
