Pretty!
Thank you, Nora!
Gorgeous!
♥ Thank you!
Two very interesting macros of a Christmas Cactus flower. To be honest, I have no idea what common name to give them. We have one that flowers around Thanksgiving, one for Christmas , of course, and another that flowers at Halloween.Occasionally it flowers around Easter too. I think the proper name would be schizoid cactus. 🙂
Hahaha – why not! So many living beings are nowadays…
This is photo is superb 😀 😀
Thank you, Cee – it is a yellow gem. Normally all are pink or red here.
It is simply a beautiful cactus. 😊
Irene – happy you liked it – and I am proud of it too, as I know no one else having a yellow one!
So delicate. My Christmas cacti are pink. I have never seen this lovely shade
Usually they are pink or red here in Sweden too. This yellow beauty I found in an old cottage we rented some 10 years ago in Dalarna. It was hidden in the window behind the curtains, but naturally I had to sneak away a piece of the stem and bring home…and it has been a gem in my window ever since. Never hidden!
How lovely
