An unusual choice of subject and a great shot…….and the Grass is now growing…so the start of mowing the lawns begins again for another summer (though we don’t mow like we used to, letting it grow for longer and at times leaving areas fort the benefit of insects and the broader habitat) 🙂 Though is that heather not grass ?
In the photo? That is a moss or lichen – I am not good at the names of those…but I like them anyway!
