We visited my favourite painter, Lars Lerin’s, newest gallery in our part of Sweden – Kabusa. Situated among meadows and farmland, the view itself through one of his windows, was like a painting of Harmony.
I hope you enjoy – he is one of Europe’s most famous watercolourists.

What a very lovely gallery. Even from here, I can feel the serene country atmosphere. And thank you for the introduction to Lars Lerin. That moody study of felled birch trees is most arresting. And his conjuring with light and shadow.
Thank you, Tish. Yes, he is known for his use of light, and for his many Lofoten paintings. Happy you liked the birch trees – that is one of my absolute favourites!
I’m afraid I’d never even heard of Lars Lerin, but I’ll be sure to look out for his work during our trip.
I am glad! I would have loved to buy one of his paintings – but the price…
😮
Totally new to me – love going to art galleries . . . welcome homework ahead . . . thank you . . . ?????? ________________________________
