For Sylvain Landry – Alone. Summer is over and this sweet old lady is sitting alone by the sea. Maybe thinking it might be her last summer…will she come here again next year?
Maybe a cup of coffee is no small subject…but as a cup, it is. Even smaller are morning dew drops. Join in with Cee’s B&W and let us know how you look upon ”Small Subjects”!
A happy place where I can relax and get away from a busy life…WPC wants to know my secrets…and then they are secret no more. Near and far, some easily reached when needed, some only in my world of memories.

Sitting in my garden listening to bees humming in the flowers.
Walking in ”my” forest every day…
Far away…not easily reachable, but still…in my memory a place of utmost happiness.
Coromandel, NZ.
The combination of Fuchsia and Waxflower is very intense. For more of intense – visit Ailsa at Where’s My Backpack?
The perspective was difficult as well as interesting last night – my Epiphyllum ( ”Princess of the Night” in Swedish) opened its giant bud and unfolded magnificent scent and beauty. Here’s my daughter trying to photograph her despite the strange angle because we were afraid of moving the plant.
So, the perspective is …in many ways unusual.
WordPress – Grid, make it the most important in your photo. Well, grids are not always manmade – you find nature’s grids everywhere…My choice fell on a Vanda, a remarkable Asian orchid, intensely coloured with a splendid grid. This Vanda I found standing in Denmark, outside a hotel.

Flare for Sylvain Landry this week. No starry sun in this one – but still, a flare..
