Good morning!

Greetings from Scarborough, where I´m staying for a week now. I´m on duty… so I´m not allowed to speak anything but English. But, we´ll see about that…

Anyway, my reports from here will include, I hope, something about the majestic peregrines of Scarborough, the castle, the moors, Wuthering Heights, the City of York, Shakespeare, English people, the Queen´s Jubilee – and of course Bram Stoker´s Dracula. Expect some surprises too…

Pictures will arrive today when we have visited Peasholm Park for Jubilee events with brass bands and open air theatre with large screen viewing of events in London. And, from an overall familiarising with Scarborough.
