Grönt är min favoritfärg och lyckligtvis är den temat för onlinetidningen LetsBeWilds foto den här veckan. Grönt står för så mycket – i min värld för lugn och harmoni, växande och nytt liv. Alla vet också att man med fördel inreder sovrum i grönt. Det är vetenskapligt bevisat att sinnesintrycken av just grönt har en god effekt för ditt välbefinnande. Så, min vinstock är planterad utanför mitt sovrumsfönster…
I don’t think many people dislike green colours, but I feel sorry for those who are colour blind and maybe only see something greyish where there is green or red. I wonder what spring feels – or means to them? I don’t know any colourblind person, but it would be interesting to listen to some thoughts from such a friend.
The online magazine LetsBeWild has as this week’s challenge : Green. As green is my absolute favourite colour, my house is constantly filled with green plants. That goes for my garden too. For this challenge I have chosen a piece of my garden, when it is still green.

Are these concords? They look great. Do you make wine out of them? My FIL has some grape vines in his yard and he makes wine when the wild turkeys leave some fruits for him. On the other hand, in the place where I live, neighbors of Portuguese descent have grape arbors in their yards and that serves as a good canopy for their outdoor benches and chairs.
Well, these turn velvety blue when ripe, and we only eat them with cheese, just as they are. They also serve as a canopy for us because this dining place outdoors here gets heavy sun in summer.
I’m afraid I don’t understand ”concords” – I’d be grateful if you could explain!

Do you make wine with the grapes?
Oh, no…we eat them as they are or with some cheese. They get a wonderful velvet blue when ripe.

I love green … I have a green hallway .. and I have green carpets in my kitchen – and I dress in green during summer. This is a lovely photo – where did you take it.
It’s in my garden, just outside my window…I see the grapes every morning as they go from flower to dark blue and ripe. I love them.
