Last spring we drove up to the middle of Sweden to see the cranes dancing at Hornborgasjön. We managed to find the perfect day – absolutely clear and sunny. During the following night, we waited for two hours for the more than 19000 cranes to return from their night quarters to the shores of the lake. Seeing them flying in at 5 a.m was our fantastic and unforgettable reward.

Absolutely stunning! It is a magical feeling to see the migrating birds returning – especially, when so many together… Worth waiting for – all the way through winter for spring as well as at the shores of that lake to have perfect captures! 🙂

Visst är det märkligt! Men det var magiska timmar där – vi vill åka igen…Jag har redan hört tranorna häröver.
Har ofta lagt märke till att molnen på himlen ofta följer te x trädlinjen på foto. Jag vet inte om det är en slump eller om de ofta gör det men det blir vackert på bild när man får linjer som följs åt.
Jag tror jag kan hålla med dig – spännande.
