Light. It is returning – and today there was a feast in my windows.
All plants receive it with the greatest joy – the light
And so do we…frozen human beings. We step out of the darkness – and enjoy
So, welcome – let the light shine in – and click to enlarge, as usual!

Wow – a brilliant display of some gorgeous flowers. Beautiful shots flooding each with sun light ~ love them all!
I’m so glad you like them, Mary! the sunlight was generous that day!
So stunning….to see sunlight through the petals is such a beautiful reminder of spring to come, despite our plummeting temps!!
Seonaid – we have to take good care of the few rays coming through. Frost every night, hail and rain every day – the same for you?
We’ve had a run of days with clear blue skies and freezing temps, with some night time snow….which I far prefer to the grey wet mild days which came before!
You are lucky now then. We had such beautiful days a week ago – then back to this grey drizzle…Let us hope we will have sunny days ahead!
Oh, wonderful, I’ve been taking images of flowers by my sunsoaked window! Love your fading tulips…..mine are just drooping – too much sun?
I cheated here…put them in the window to be able to take photos in that light. In fact, I did this post only for you…no, I mean I am so inspired by you, yes – both!
Chuffed to bits that a) I am an inspiration and b) you did the tulips for me! 😀
:-D:-D
Have a look at my post…
♥♥♥
I didn’t say earlier, but I had done the same today, but used a white damask tablecloth as a backdrop, with the sun streaming through – just posted, consider it dedicated to you, A-C!
Beautiful, Sue! Serene and white and awesome. (Seldom use that word…) Thank You! ♥
💗
oh so delightful, Ann-Christine! we are getting more light too! it feels so good to see the sun out when I get off from work!
😀 It is good!
Nice tribute to the changing angle of the light, which also is occurring here. Or to the grey days of winter’s sober.
Thank you – some days are sunny but most days are grey.
Underbara bilder på blomsterprakten. Gillar tulpanerna när dom är på väg att falla.
Det är populärt att fotografera sådana, men man får väl falla för någon frestelse en sådan vacker dag!
Lovely pictures 🙂
Inspiring photos.
😀
Yesterday was really a bright day. Love your tulips.
Thank you, Lena!
Like beautiful paintings – you’ve really captured that light Ann Christine.
Thank you, yes, like paintings. I love aquarelle.
A glorious feast indeed, Leya!

Belles couleurs!
Merci – le Printemps!
How lovely … all those flowers! The one of the fading tulips, I found especially exquisite!
We’re getting more light too. Sometimes I think about people living in Longyearbyen, Hammerfest and places like that …
Me too. My daughter is now living in Umeå, Västerbotten…and she says there is no daylight either. They are lucky to have snow.
I lived there for four years … on Istidsgatan, fittingly enough 😀
🙂 Beautiful, des Leya!
Sleep well 🙂
Yes, thank you…time to sleep now…You too!
