…on our way to Kosta Boda Art Hotel, we passed by the old cars again. There are quite some posts about them over the years, by me and visiting blogger friends Viveka (myguiltypleasures) and Sue (WordsVisual).
We just stopped for a short walk to see the changes – in fact the cars are deteriorating fast as the heavy rust make them fall apart. The old shed is now an even more dangerous place to visit as another tree has fallen over it.
In fact, as no newer cars are added to the graveyard, I believe its most glorious days will soon be over. Still I will keep an eye on them… maybe once a year, to follow the process anyway. A bit sad – but that’s the passage of time.

Oh my, nature is repossessing them, isn’t it? I’m always drawn to this place. Soon there will be nothing there.
Exactly – I have visited for some years now, and they will all soon be gone.
What a great place for photographers. I can imagine Sue, especially, would be in her element… all that rust!!!
Oh, she was there with me and Viveka in July – and I tell you we had to chase her to sit down for some minutes…again and again.
That’s an intriguing set of photos, Leya. I must read the other posts as well.
How wonderful to hear about bloggers meet ups! Did you know each other before or via blogging?
We had never heard of each other…but suddenly Viveka was there, only an hour and a half away by car. And Sue in England – only an hour and a half by plane. Great fun!
And you are not that far away either…
That sounds like a great encounter. I love it.
Indeed we are not far way from each other.
Who knows next time I may join you!
Would be great to meet you, Lucile!
Likewise, Leya. Let’s keep that in mind and make it happen when we have the opportunity.
Agreed!
👍
Oh wow, interesting seen in a different season….I shall threaten to come and see you next autumn to see KyrköMosse again….
Haha – you are welcome!
Yay! 😀😀
It does look like a bit of a sombre spot. Those cars have seen better days, and hopefully they are living out their days peacefully there. It does look like a peaceful spot 🙂 So lovely you and Vivi and Sue got to meet up. Best friends and great company. I wish all of you can meet up more 🙂
Thank you, Mabel. We all love those cars…and we are bound to meet up again next year I think.
Wow! Vilka bilder.

Oh I so love them!
Me too, but now they are dismembering themselves…
The cars are really great opportunities for art aren’t they? But I’m so very envious of your meeting up with Sue and Viveka – both of whom I love!
Well, we are a happy lot when we meet! If you had not been so far away we might be knocking on your door some day😉
I suppose I’ll just have to come to you!
You are so welcome – anytime! Just give me a hint😉
Bless you, Tina! I would love to meet you one day, I love your photography 😊😊
🙂
