Mountain lakes almost always have these hues of blue green. There are many minerals co-operating to make it work. A fascinating colour.

It’s lovely to see how the colours of nature have been brought into the Bhutanese kitchen. It looks a happy place.
I believe it was. Leading a simple life close to nature is meant to be happy. We had dinner there – not much meat of course but delicious vegetables in tasty blends.
