Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #87 – Reflections

We welcome another guest blogger this week, Miriam of The Showers of Blessings.  She suggests we find reflections to share.

Believe it or not, but I found myself in some of mine…even though I never do selfies.

    • Thank you, Steve – ha, I wonder how many of me would be appreciated outside a photo ;-D. And that third one: the streak of red is a car passing by!

    • Happy you liked them, John! Thank you. I love reflections, and often photograph them. Mostly during Autumn when the colours are striking.

  12. Hi Leya. Your photos AND quotes are all superb!! I especially like the photo of you reflected in the four posts – it’s the best selfie ever. And the photo directly above it with the grey-scale grids is so mysterious, it calls out to the viewer.

  14. Ohh…beautiful post, Ann-Christine. I love your nature shots and the selfies! The quotes are apt and profound. The Thoreau quote about the landscape is wonderful: ”It is Earth’s eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature.” Very true. I hope you and your family are well. We are living in crazy times.

    • Thank you, Patti, so happy you liked the shots and the quotes. That quote is a favorite. We are well so far – hopefully you are too. Everything is crazy. Tough times ahead too. Staying calm to cope.
