We have wood anemones in the forest here but nothing like this wonderful carpet you have photographed. Lovely! Svara
Lovely they are – and not every year we get the carpet either – I am afraid we will lose it soon because of frosty nights ahead. Svara
That’s really great.. our wood anenomies are sparse this spring. Some suggest that is because our winter and early spring was so wet. Svara
Ah. sad – but we are unfortunately getting several frosty nights ahead…so this was THE opportunity to catch them. Svara
♥ The loveliest time of the year! Freezing a couple of nights ahead, so I guess we will lose them fast… Svara
So you are earlier! Here it’s been too cold, and now we are expecting freezing cold nights again. Svara
Yes, I thought they would not come as many – and now we will have frosty nights ahead – so, lucky I went for them! Svara
The whole ground seems to have erupted in happiness . . . . thank you ! . . . it feels warn, ‘er . . . warmer . . . Svara
Jude, it is breathtaking, tonight and tomorrow night will be frosty though…Glad I took my time out there yesterday! Svara
