When I visit my s-i-l, we do the same thing–long pants, long-sleeved shirts, hats, etc, and then do a thorough check when we come back in. What a pain it it, though, especially when it’s hot!

I want to be walking there. Are there ticks in the summer? There are SO many where my s-i-l lives in France. Just awful.
In Blekinge there are many ticks, so we are all vaccinated and wearing long legged trousers when out in nature.
