We have, FINALLY! the hint of perhaps, getting snow here, this coming week….I’m waiting with fingers crossed, for Winter Wonderland to arrive here! Beautiful captures of your Winter Wonderland moments in time!
I love looking at pictures of snow and trees and twigs in snow, but I can’t say I actually enjoy being out in it. OK for a short walk and then home, but then we have the awful days when it’s thawing and looks ugly, when the wet snow seems to seep in through your boots and the drips from the trees find that one uncovered patch on your neck! Your images are lovely, I especially liked the one with the red berries (were they rose-hips)?
Your description of the thaw and ugly ending of the snow was too good. I am not longing for it to come…Glad you liked the images though, and they are rose-hips, yes.
So winter started early to you as well!At least these photos brings me joy, beauty, and not thinking about the cold.Beautiful photos once again Anne-Christine!
I love any natural landscape which is foreign or unusual for me to see 🙂
🙂
Dear Ann-Christine,
GREAT pictures. We envy you. We can’t exspect more than sleet here, very boring.
We miss snow very much.
All the best and thank you so much for showing your pictures

Not worried about cold. I have plenty of warm clothes. Getting the tests and surviving quarantine are the difficulties on a short visit to the UK. Wish us luck 🤔💕
*huge smile* These photos are full of fairy-tale magic – whilst sitting in a comfortable armchair in summery eastern Australia with 28 C in the thermometer ! And the sun will shine until 8pm . . . hmm !!!
It is – I feel so lucky this year too. Last year we had some wonderful snow and this year winter has started out the same. Let’s hope it will stay for a while. Your flowers on fb brightens my day!
Lots of beauty 🙂

Beautiful and uplifting. The first one is my favorite.
Thank you, Florin. I love snow, but it is seldom here to stay. Today it is raining…
Glad you have sun, A C
Not any more. Have you?
We had a grey day yesterday, sun today, and more grey tomorrow…
First a lot of snow, now drizzle…
Ugh
Snow + a touch of snow + vegetation = opportunities to capture beauty. Well done, AC.
Thank you, Frank! Happy to share.
Beautiful photos even though they made me shiver a little! Snow and frost can be pretty but I don’t really like the cold of winter 🥶
Thank you – I do believe one must have a warm house to come to when it is winter…

I am glad to send some snow your way – thank you. So You have some as well?
Actually it feels wonderfully chilly but knowing the freezing point of water it is rather cold especially for me 🙂 Beautiful photos Ann-Christine
Well, Brian, I know many of you in the warmer countries do not want snow – but I am happy you like images with snow anyway!

I am happy to send some snow here…more is coming!
That’s gorgeous. I’ve never seen snow in person 😕
Glad to provide some!
Those ice crystals are stunning. But I don’t really want to be there. Worrying already for Christmas travel. In more ways than one!
I can see you are worried – are you visiting England? Cold over there as well, and then the rising covid.

Snow is beautiful as long as you don’t have to travel anywhere!
True. We were going to visit my father and also visit a hiking area there, but the snowstorm said no…
