Thursday Thoughts – Anemone hepatica

Little blue eyes among the winter leaves – not many yet, but still –

– a sign of hope

Come with me into the woods where spring is
advancing, as it does, no matter what,
not being singular or particular, but one
of the forever gifts, and certainly visible

  1. What a special little harbinger of spring – she may be small but very definitely demands being noticed . . . and that white bubbly smile . . . !!!

  2. Love the photos Ann-Christine. I once planted these little beauties in my woodland border, but like many other plants it never returned after the first year.

    • It can be a tricky one, yes. In fact I have such little ones in my garden, in one of the hedges, so I believe they were there from the start as it is a rather ”wild” part of my garden.

Halva verket är läsarens - så, vad säger Du? As the second half is the reader's - I'd love to have Your line!
