we were shocked reading about the election results in Sweden. They have changed the positive liberal image of Sweden quite a lot. Unfortunately, that’s a tendency all over Europe.

I worked the whole election as a supervisor and counting votes. I knew from the start I would cry afterwards. We should all be sad. But, the tendency has been the same since the last election – so no surprise. The shockwave comes when you realise that 50% of my village voted for them. Who can I trust? When I go shopping, every other person I see voted for them.
Yes, the tendency is all over. In Sweden it seems younger people know nothing of their ”heritage” and older persons should have known better. Even old collegues say they voted for this. Now we will see how they will be treated, they will not be allowed to have any major posts.

it’s exactly the same what we have experienced with Brexit. It’s amazing how people got de-politisiced and that within about 50 years.
