There is something special with autumn roads. Wet, colourful and misty. And the larch trees are the last ones to keep their colours intact.

Beautiful roads for walking!
Thank you – they are. But that was the last of colours!
Gosh, how beautiful, Anne-Christine! Autumn roads are in a class by themselves. And oh, those larches! It looks like you came to Eastern Washington and took pictures! 😁
Maybe I did!
Quite mystical, that first one. Wishing you much more of the same xx
Thank you – but now everything is grey and cold. Snow tomorrow.
You’ll have to come south xx
Haha, no need for that!
Dear Ann-Christine
We love these autumn colours, and when the leaves are falling like snowflakes.
Thanks

Then there are five of us!
My kind of roads, A C! Autumn colours looking splendid…
Gorgeous Leya
Thank you!
I adore this. One of my favourite things to do in Fall. I can´t take off my eyes from the trees, with its colorful foliage and vibrant colors.I think its calming–this feeling of slowing down and just taking in what nature´s offer.

So atmospheric.
Isn’t it!
Captured a feeling
Wonderful and mysteriously enchanting.
Thank you, Egidio!
I can imagine walking down these damp quiet roads, holding my carcoat tighter, breathing the fresh air and feeling totally alive and at ease . . .
I know you would!
They are so lovely Ann-Christine 😀 Your photos really capture the feeling of autumn roads

Wonderful images that invite us in. Now I want to go there! 🙂
