Love everything here … that castle is pale and beautiful .. just like we, women are suppose to be or ???? Fascinating with Yoko Ono’s exhibition – love the figures on the shelve .. but looking on the big shelve it looks .. like cups … Great gallery choice for the challenge.
It is! Cups and saucers in bits and pieces – glued together again with people’s messages inside about mending the world.
I think you have done the challenge great justice Ann-Christine . Those little girls are very pale and slightly disconcerting !

This is beautiful! What is the Yoko Ono collection?
Well, she had this exhibition here two years ago. The crockery was meant to get people mending it – it was all in bits and pieces. Tables were set with possibility to glue them together, making them whole again, and then people put small notes about mending the world into their mended cups or saucers. It was fascinating to read all messages to the world – from children to adults. There were also two Swedish artists´work here – the sculptures are from them.
Thats fascinating ! I have never heard of such a simple yet cathartic activity!
