Someone has listened…and suddenly I see the autumn colours again! He is coming back to us – my father.
It is strange the way life turns…being close to the end and then waking up. Being given some precious extra time…
He is walking our paths once again, through the dense woods, turning around the bend…
…and out in the open! Breathing in the crisp Autumnal air.
Thank you.

captured Autumn beautifully
Thank you, Scott, I so appreciate your comments!
You have captured trhe crispness of Autumn beautifully in these lovely photos. Such a beautiful landscape!
Thank you!
Beautiful autumn scenes. Happy birthday to your father. His birthday is the same day as my granddaughter, Sienna. I’m so happy for you that he has recovered. 🙂
Send my late greetings to Sienna too! Such a beautiful name. And thank you again!
Thanks so much. 🙂
Just seen this Ann- Christine such wonderful news !
Extra special time indeed x
Yes! Let’s hope it lasts!
I must have missed a post about your father .. 80 years old – fantastic.
Hopefully you will have him around for years to come. I love the photos and how you have expressed your thankfulness through them.
Can’t believe that you’re back into a building site – it’s not long ago that you came out of the plastic bag.
He, he..the roof needed mending…it was rotten in large parts under the bricks.
The beauty of the nature and tranquility of the scenery are all here. So beautiful!
Thank you –
This was one of the most amazing posts Ann-Christine. Gorgeous scenery for a beautiful message – so happy for you and your family.
Mary, what a wonderful comment! And thank you for writing. Here we are amazed at his recovery. They have drilled holes in the cranium and emptied out the blood. He is even walking! Up and going about his papers and his different chores as a chairman of the board in Swedish wrestling and so on. He turned 80 this Monday! What a present!
Gorgeous photos and it is surely does make you realize the beauty of nature and life itself.
This autumn has been very colourful here, but now the rain has come and the leaves are falling. Life is beautiful right now anyway.
Beautiful photos and good news too.
Yes, good news! Thank you for writing! He is in fact up and even walking. A miracle. He had a stroke, but they took the blood out by drilling three holes…
Incredible!
Yes!
This is amazing news! Very happy for all of you. Big hug!
Thank you so very much, Sara! We are all crying and feeling so very grateful for this outcome. Hopefully it will last, but you never know, as he is 80 years old!
I’m so happy for you and your family. And these photos are amazing. xox
We are happy too! Thank you! There is much to be grateful for.
Men nu blev jag glad ! …
