When you are young it is truly magical. Dreams seem to come true, maybe you find a lover or the love of your life. That summer night has many tales around it and ways how to know who will be your future husband…
Those two dogs, touching their heads together, that’s so cute. Very lucky of you to have snapped that shot. Lol at all the Mickey and Minne toys on sale. Their childhood icons, yet we don’t see them too much here in Australia except in department stores. Great photos, Leya 😉
Agree…that IS summer! I don’t like the thing that’s happening nowadays, that they start already in May and go on until August. The natural way they start just before Midsummer and finish in July.
beautiful scenes to enjoy through your eyes, Ann Christine 🙂
Thank you, Alexandra!
I recognise the dancing, bur not the blue bits in the sky… http://jaspasjourney.wordpress.com/2013/06/20/the-longest-day/
He, he…
I’m intrigued by Midsummer in Sweden. It seems like such a magical time.

Beautiful pics, especially that sunset. The tureen is really pretty. 🙂
that flea market has brought me many things…nowadays I never buy anything.
Yes, I’m the same way. I don’t need more stuff. 😀

Thank you, Mabel! Those toys are not that usual here either!
Love to enjoy midsummer with you while it is mid winter here! Daffodils are starting to push through at the moment.
Daffodils! Spring?
LOVED seeing Midsummer through your eyes Ann Christine !
Such vivid blue cornflowers are perfect … such happiness in your photos 🙂
Poppy, happiness is what we need! Thank you!
A lovely, lovely midsummer tale. Love the flowers and the Maypole.
Oh, what joy that you love it! Hope the weather is not too gloomy winter in NZ.
Ibland är det så konstigt när man kollar bloggen från annat än datorn. Fick bra en bild men ser nu att det är en helt superb bildserie!
Är det telefonen? Ibland krånglar min också så.
Jo precis. Telefonen.
En bra sammanfattning! Härligt du verkat haft det!
Hoppas ni också hade det!
I always love your midsummer posts Ann Christine. My eyes keep straying to those luscious strawberries! Nothing says ‘summer’ more 🙂

God Sommer, Ann Christine!! Nobody knows how to celebrate midsummer like Sweden, you are the best! ❤
I don’t know about that…I guess Norway must be something like this too!
Hääääärlig solnedgång!
Mmmmmm, och svanarna simmade just förbi…ibland har man tur!

Stunning and dreamy….love the swan family floating in the pink water 🙂
That was a beautiful sunset, really, and the swans turned up just in perfect time! Lucky was I!
