As my son is into graphic design, he is also very interested in the old ways of printing and loves everything thoroughly crafted.
These big types were not handled every day.
My favorite this morning … except for your young man. *smile
Oh, he’s a special type…!
Looking forward to meet him *smile
Smart tolkning! 🙂
Tack, jag gillade verkligen dem!
These old printing shops and tools of the profession are really cool.
We were informed that many of the old things had been sold off on a winter market…My son was very sad about this, he would have bought a great deal there…Now he bought one of those boxes and some types making up his name.
What a great visit you had – where were you? I’m with Jane, I too love the industrial & mechanical photos. This is a great shot – as usual from you – and I really like that you included the machine & the perspective in the shot.
Oj! Tackar och bugar 🙂
This is interesting, Ann-Christine. I love industrial and mechanical photos.
I’m interested in those things too, but seldom photograph them…maybe I should!
I worked as a manager in a print shop for a short while and of course I never saw anything like those fonts in real, except in High School.
I see – anyway, they are beautiful!
