Very nice, Ann-Christine. Did you go on a roundtrip? Georgia pops up in some context so often nowadays.
No, we went the two of us – a friend recommended. The food is fantastic and the wine glorious – the country is the cradle of wine. And the architecture incredibly beautiful – the old town is unfortunately being rebuilt and renovated too harshly. She recommended us to go before it is all teared down. And really – the whole city is a construction site. Only one of all the old streets were completely untouched.
I could have visited only for the wonderful people living there. So friendly, hospitable and helpful.
