That was my guess. Take a look at my blog posts in the first week of May and the last week of May to learn all about Chewy.
Oh I will, thank you for the heads up – I am getting even worse these days when it comes to reading. Terrible and frightening times – thank you for keeping me floating, Michael.💛
These will definitely put a smile on your face.
They did 🙂
😊
The best thing for you as an individual to do in these terrible and frightening times is to be outside in nature as much as you can. It is easy to socially distance when you’re away from the city, as you are. And be creative. Being creative puts you in a position of doing things and making things rather than having things done to you.
We use the same recipe, Michael! Always worked for me, and for you, and for most people I guess. And if you were brought up with the great outdoors, hiking and berry picking …you know the way to go.
What troubles me most these days is the carelessness and the lack of humility and education among world leaders. They are everywhere – and increasing in numbers. Brazil gives me heart ache.
Creativity is also a god thing, you are so right. I am remaking (or enhancing) my garden. Gives me great joy.
♥
Being out in nature and creating is definitely a God thing. I believe we all have the potential to be god-like, so it’s best if we get really good at it. See the comment I made to Adrian in my “You’ve Got to Be Carefully Taught“ post.
Yes, I have read it – and I totally agree with you. When I met the parents of my students (once a year, as they were 16-19 years old) it became so very obvious where their behaviour and ideas came from.
Reminds me of an old Crosby Stills Nash and Young song.
Now you have to enlighten me again…
My pleasure:
”Teach Your Children”
You, who are on the road,
Must have a code
That you can live by.
And so become yourself
Because the past is just a goodbye.
Teach your children well.
Their father’s hell
Did slowly go by.
And feed them on your dreams.
The one they pick’s the one you’ll know by.
Don’t you ever ask them, ”Why?”
If they told you, you would cry.
So, just look at them and sigh,
And know they love you.
[Verse in the background:]
Can you hear and do you care
And can’t you see
We must be free
To teach your children
What you believe in,
Make a world that we can live in?
And you, of tender years,
Can’t know the fears
That your elders grew by.
And so please help them with your youth.
They seek the truth
Before they can die.
Teach your parents well.
Their children’s hell
Will slowly go by.
And feed them on your dreams.
The one they pick’s the one you’ll know by.
Don’t you ever ask them, ”Why?”
If they told you, you would cry.
So, just look at them and sigh
And know they love you.

Thank you -♥
And take a positive attitude. We will get through this. All of it.
You are so convinced, Michael. Thank you – ♥
Well, the way I look at it is that taking a positive attitude sure beats taking a negative attitude. One generates one’s own attitude and one gets the fruit of what one generates, either way. One can be positive without being stupid airy fairy Pollyanna. If one simply pretends that the negative isn’t there, that doesn’t help. As a matter of fact it actually contributes to the negative. But if one recognizes the existence of the negative – one certainly does not have to like it, but it is undeniably there – and then decides that one, personally, can do better and sets about it, then that’s truly positive thinking. Making a better world does not start with institutions. It starts with individuals being in communication with and influencing other individuals.
I agree – be the change you want to see in the world.
What a great poseur! 🙂
😀 He can!
Lovely .. made me smile!
♥
So adorable!!
♥
A dog for its bench! I love that the colours of the fur and the benches match so well. So is a cute dog!
Thank you, Otto – he is a great guy, Milo. And he was perfect for the bench – and the other way around. ;-D
Wow, wonderful photo and cute!

I wish Milo and Chewy could’ve known each other. What a handsome boy. How big is he? I would guess maybe 20 kg?
You are so right – 20 kilos of handsomeness😉 48 cm high. Who is Chewy? Your dog I guess – what breed?
That was my guess. Take a look at my blog posts in the first week of May and the last week of May to learn all about Chewy.

Exactly.
Ah, Milo! He’s in charge there!
Yes!
😄
It’s so cute and adorable 😍
Thank you – I will tell him!
Is he/she a cockerpoo? Looks totally cute.
He is a Lagotto Romagnolo – an Italian truffle dog. But cute he is!
Does he sniff out truffles?
We have no truffles in Sweden – but that is what he does, yes.
😎
Woof 🙂
Woofing back from Milo!
❤
I love the way his coat is mimicked by the petals on the benches. This does my heart so much good today, when it was very needed. ❤
janet
Janet, I am happy to lighten it up a bit!
