I have around fifteen different varieties of Begonias
Wow! Indoors or outdoors?
Mainly indoors
Ah – never thought you had so many plants indoors. When I think of you, I think of your garden and the grounds!
I have a shade house and rotate plants inside and give them a rest outside when they need it. Most rooms have plants, even the toilet lol Plants help clean the air and give the rooms a lift
Because something always goes horribly wrong. I made two loaves yesterday. The first had seeds in and tastes great. But the walnut one had no structure so was more like glue than dough and had to be part poured, part torn from the proving basket and thrown into the Le Creuset for baking. The outside is shiny like glass.
Oh…sounds a bit like what might happen to me…
Provided you can resist the urge to toss the dough and somehow get it in the scalding hot Le C, it typically turns out edible, if not fine. But it does add to the excitement.
Oh, beautiful!
Thank you.
I have that Begonia too
You have? I have one as well, but not as big as the one in the photo. Anders’ begonia is 2.50 meters high!

This is beautifully languid. I’m envious of that feeling – I’m making sourdough bread and it almost always sets me in a panic.
A panic? Because of the long time? But the taste is worth it!
