Yes they are pre-fabricated. Most houses here are made like that nowadays. ..
The timber frames are per fabricated here, but not the walls…..

Oh he was! He is going on 12 now, but still like sot play in the snow.
I had a similar idea for the challenge and also have a motorcycle and bird moving.
