I agree. And this farm is an open doors farm, where the cows come and go as they like. The barns are on the other side of the road, so the cows walk through a tunnel under the road when they want to go inside.
My apologies for being very practical ! Happy cows eating green grass in plenty of ‘personal space’ > surely tasty, healthy beef on our plates ! Oh – beautiful catch !!!
My s-i-l feels the cows are happy because they’re eating grass in a meadow. What’s not to like? Perhaps they’re bored but let’s be positive! 🙂

Well, of course we don’t know. Don’t go for looks…But, this is a great farm, the cows can walk below/under the road through a tunnel, and reach the open barns should they want to go inside in the rain or something. Very clever solution.
Beautiful landscape. I love the peacefulness out there. 🙂
Yeah, peaceful!
Peacefulness is what I need. Thank you.
Ah, those happy cows
They are!
Bucolic and peaceful. I bet fresh grass is much tastier than silage. 🙂

That could so easily be in England. A lovely bucolic scene.
Totally agree, Margaret! A most mooooving scene
Sue. Just behave.
Hahaha!

The cows look very happy now that they may go out again.
This is a good farm, where the barns are open and the cows can go wherever they want whenever they want.

Ha, yes, that’s the truth…
Cows are awesome! One day I hope to live where there are cows on every corner. 🐗
Sometimes they seem to be everywhere…
As my s-i-l always says when we see the French cows: ”Happy cows.” 🙂
How do we know these cows are happy? I mean, I look happy from 100 yards away.

Happy cows are a sign that spring has arrived! FYI: We are expecting some overnight snow.
Happy indeed, both cows and me. Snow? A little here as well.
