Dear Jo, I wanted to create a Monday Walk post…but now my computer is in for a total crash. In fact it is half way through. Fortunately I had a vague feeling this would soon happen…so I bought a new computer two weeks ago. But I think it is very troublesome to start up a new computer with new programmes and new ways of using them…So first,
I ventured out of my sick bed yesterday and as the sun was shining, I really tried to enjoy my walk. Coughing and dragging my weary body through the forest….collecting some pictures for you… before I slumped back into bed…totally exhausted. Hope you will enjoy them;-D

Candid shots are always fun – this is one of my daughter from this summer. Not a situation I like…I guess that is why I took the photo…

I heard on the news that this summer in Sweden was the coldest for the last 150 years. No wonder I could not remember last time it was this cold…And now I have caught a severe cold – still in bed.
Thinking of the poor little ones out there in the cold. This year many butterflies looked like this poor admiral. Today I found some dead bees still clinging to the last flowers – I guess caught in a shower or just the cold night.
And the grapes will not ripen. With all the rain, they are covered in mildew. Let us hope for a mild autumn then…sunny. Most of us need more than this to stay healthy over the winter.
Wishing you a lovely Friday!
Lying in bed for a couple of days, in fever, coughing and shivering – I thought I had to scramble my bones together and do something to cheer me up. Let’s go, randomly,…from 2011 posts! Hopefully you will get a bit cheered up as well!

Isalind. I was introduced to her art a year ago – and saw true talent, and art as I love it.. Isalind is an autodidact, but has got all it takes…to make her viewers stand in awe. Her paintings are like photos…only, there is more life to them, more heart, more soul. They are enigmatic celebrations of Life itself.

I had the opportunity to visit her exhibition in Vadstena this weekend, so I could tell her how much I admire her. Please, take a look – you will not be disappointed. Remember, these are NOT photos. The big paintings took her 800 hours to complete.
