Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Corners

It’s all about nature...that could be my own motto as well as Cee’s challenge – Nature is my life and greatest interest. So…I had some difficulties in choosing photo. Finally I decided as follows. Japan inspired? Photographed yesterday, being the last day of colours here. Rain and wind today.

Maybe a cup of coffee is no small subject…but as a cup, it is. Even smaller are morning dew drops. Join in with Cee’s B&W and let us know how you look upon ”Small Subjects”!
The perspective was difficult as well as interesting last night – my Epiphyllum ( ”Princess of the Night” in Swedish) opened its giant bud and unfolded magnificent scent and beauty. Here’s my daughter trying to photograph her despite the strange angle because we were afraid of moving the plant.
So, the perspective is …in many ways unusual.
For public transportation – Cee’s B&W Challenge, I have chosen three pictures. One Danish train, a Swiss mountain train and a Warsaw underground. For more of this, click here.

I know this is too much…too many pictures – but so many things are beautiful to me. Cee’s challenge this week can only touch a tiny piece of beauty in the World and in Nature. What is beautiful to you? Join in and find more beauty here.
I will start and end with my fondest beauties, forests/trees and flowers/plants. Then, a gallery of some more…
Irresistable – a challenge involving Trees. Join in!

What trees and what forest could be more suitable for a dreamy memory than the one where Frodo and his faithful companions could be found? New Zealand, Wellington.
This is not something I usually do, B&W, but …well, I’ll give Cee’s Black and White a try. This young man I found sitting on the wall in Greyfriars’ churchyard. We were slowly walking through the silence towards Greyfriars Bobby’s grave – the famous little Skye Terrier who faithfully stayed on his master’s grave for 14 years.
Then I saw him. Alone and contemplating he was – I just had to… not forget him. And everything was…black, white and grey.
