This Pyreneean marmot let us walk straight up to her without her whistling or disappearing down her hole. Then we understood her unusual behaviour – her little baby was too far away from her.

My boys…
I’m glad you liked them! It was a fantastic wall, I think at least 20 meters high, but the wheel barrow is my favourite too. Talking about sensation, the marmot experience was fantastic, though. We thought the animal was ill at first, until we saw her little one. I had almost only heard them whistling before, they are very shy of people.
