Stunning images. All beautiful but the colour of the waves is amazing.
I agree about the waves – that was really magical. It is in the middle of winter in Iceland, but the sea is golden as on a warm summer’s night.

Gorgeous landscapes, Ann-Christine. The light shining through the trees is stunning as well as the color of the sky! Are all these shots taken in Scandinavia? You must have such an appreciation of light given your dark winters.
Thank you, Patti – light is everything. Two of them are not from Scandinavia – there is the Morockan desert sunset, and the Amazon basin by canoe in the darkness.
But soon…the light will return! Only some 3-4 weeks left now.
Oh! Right. The winter solstice at the end of December. Soon!
