Ailsa (Where’s My Backpack?) is a master of finding new, interesting topics for everybody to join in with their interpretations. This time the topic is a favourite of mine – and I guess many more of us feel the same – Pathways.
Many beautiful entries are to be found at her place – just click the link and stroll along some of them…just follow and let the end be a surprise. At least for me, this is the thinking going on in my brain when I find a new path…
Follow me on some of the most beautiful paths I have walked. I hope they are all still winding their way there on these lovely islands.
These paths are magical. I’d like to walk on them and touch the flowers and smell the grass. 🙂
I’m so glad you feel it too! How wonderful you describe it!
Your paths are absolutely beautiful. I love them all. 🙂
Thank you so much! I loved to walk them.
The volcanic lakes and hydrangeas always get me excited when I see photos of the Azores. I hope to get there one day. 🙂
You would not regret it – let’s hope you get there!

What a fantastic gallery …. I love the one with the flowered stone wall … I would say some of them could had been taken on Ireland.
Truly great entries.
Återigen en gemensam nämnare … Stigar …
”gorgeous” love ‘em all
I’ve just been looking at yours – so beautiful! I tried to find your About page, but couldn’t find one?

Un saludo y nunca dejes de escribir en tu blog, es genial.
I do not understand your text, but I understand you belong to wordpress too!
Beautiful pathways. I love all the stone work.
Thank you – yes, it must have taken very much time and effort to put them together. They make the whole countryside into a pattern of rectangles.
There seem to be some little sheds made of the stones too;up against the walls. Am I right?
Yes, there are. Many old houses are made from the same material. They make wonderful backgrounds to all the flowers too.
Such gorgeous, inviting paths all! Hope I get to wander down these paths someday 😉
Mmm, they are worth every trouble on the way.
So beautiful!
Thank you, Adrian, these islands are always in my heart.
Beautiful images. I would like to go hiking there. Where were these taken?
Portuguese Acores. A true Paradise.
Wow what great hikes – everyone of your photos are outstanding! Please tell me where they were taken…
Thank you Rosie! Sorry, they are from Portuguese Acores, not Sweden and Norway! I mistook where your comment was made…I thought it was for Hiking…
Sweden and Norway? wow I’ve never been to Scandinavia. I really hope to walk those paths one day 😀
Just tell me when you plan to go – and I’ll try to meet up!
that would be lovely 😀
Beautiful and so serene!
This is my Paradise on Earth. Already the first time I visited the islands, I said I could die here.
