Nothing beats Nature when it comes to Art.
Early in the day this little coot was doing her morning toilet standing in a pool of water. She was silently watching me while going about it.
Moss and lichen are small but beautiful works of art. Together, earthen brown and light green are naturally soothing and mind lifting.
My last picture for work of art belongs to a series of morning views in my blog Warden Spirits. Early morning mist over the fields.

The last if just amazing! I want to paint it!
Why not? I wish I had the talent to…
I just need the time!
Find it!
I think I am gong to do that my dear Ann !
Oh, please let us see in that case…I’m sure it will be lovely!
You will if I do. I am hauling all (some) of my brushes etc to the Nederlands!
When are you going?
Tomorrow 6/1 or today, in your case ! : – ))))
Åh jisses vilket läckert foto, den sista bilden, snyggt!
Tackar! Tur hade jag denna morgon.
All these are truly works of art, nature does art so well, but that last photo is outstanding, it would make a beautiful painting.
Thank you – interesting, someone thought it might be a painting!
Your last one is wonderful ! 💚
Thank you – that’s my absolute favourite!
All three are beautiful for their own reasons – love this series of nature’s art.
Mary, art is life isn’t it? And you are so talented in making your own for us to enjoy!
Oh Ann-Christine you are so right – it’s so easy to walk right by all these wonderful gifts. You have a really good eye to see what would translate gorgeously with your lens – love seeing your posts. Thank you for your beautiful compliment, means a lot. Hope you enjoy the warmer temps.
Oh, I do , Mary. Spring is the most magnificent and beautiful time of the year. Life starts again!
Vackra bilder … Gillar den lilla Sothönan … // Maria 🙂
Jag också. Hon tittade hela tiden på mig innan hon putsade vidare. Det var svårt att stå blickstilla.
I love early morning mist, and you’ve captured it nicely here…
Indeed that morning was worth trying to capture. It’s much the silence, isn’t it – that makes you love those mornings. And the transformation of the landscape. Almost like seeing a beautiful woman dressed up in veils only…but hiding the most essential features and letting us guess…
I love your descriptive vision here Ann Christine 🙂
Poppy – she stands out to me like if she was…a woman. Thank you!
Very eloquently put, Leya! I agree about the silence, the tranquility of that time of the day before the world has got it’s noise….
”…before the world has got it’s noice…”, yes.
🙂
Beautiful works of art, all of them.
🙂
So beautiful, Ann Christine …You are SO LUCKY ! 😀
Sometimes I am…but aren’t we all?
Of course we all are, in our various ways.
MISSING you…will be back as soon as possible…
Some gorgeous photos here – the first one is really excellent.
I love that little one doing her morning toilet.
Fine naturlige fargetoner. Det er mye kunst å oppleve i naturen. Likte det siste bildet spesielt godt.
Tack, Bente! Naturen är en outsinlig källa till skönhet och glädje!
simply wonderful!!!
Thank you!
I really am loving these beautiful work of art photos!
Thank you, Amy! I’ll soon be around again I hope…just some more days…
Sista bilden är verkligen som en tavla!
Visst är den! Den ser nästan overklig ut – roligt att du också tycker så!
