Coming back from a beautiful trip to Lofoten, Norway. We have been to Norway so many times, but never to Lofoten. It was worth waiting for…Here are two appetizers.

I think we are possibly heading to Lofoten next year…..Norway has always been a draw but so far we have missed this part of the country.
And you never came to Copenhagen this summer for a lunch with me?
Trouble always is that there are so many places to re-visit and so many new places on that list that never gets shorter……but I hadn’t forgotten lunch in Copenhagen next time we come.

I was in Norway several times during my almost year-long European trip in the mid-seventies, but haven’t been back since, so I loved these gorgeous photos. But you know how I feel about mountains. 🙂 With appetizers like this, one scarcely needs entrees.
