Beautiful! 🙂
Thank you!
So beautiful, and peaceful.
I am glad you can feel it. It was heavenly.
Wow! A perfect image for a Silent Sunday!
So glad you like it for this Sunday!
Enjoy your Iceland series, AC. Hope to see more… 🙂
Thanks, Amy, I am afraid I will tire you out with all images this week…
Such a fascinating place!
😀
I so like this one A-C 🙂
I am glad.
Solitude. I don’t usually photograph buildings or the hand of man in general, but this is so evocative that it would be hard to resist. Very nice!
So glad you liked it, Steve! I found it a very peaceful place, high up on a cliff overlooking the very blue sea. Black is unusual. I just wanted to see it, feel the atmosphere and breathe the cool air. Unusually for Iceland it was sunny too – and not a wind. A precious moment.
Perfect!
Thank you!
I completely forgot about Silent Sunday. Thanks for reminding me. Got to go write a post.
Hehe, well, glad to have been of use…
In my defense, it’s been a busy week. I’m back at work almost full time after my accident and we’re moving apartments this weekend.
No defense speeches needed. Good you are back at work! ♥
Thanks Leya.
Perfect for silent Sunday:)
Isn’t it? Thank you! Too far to go to the ceremony though…
Icelandic silence, I’m guessing?
It is. The Budir church – a classic, much photographed in late evening. We were there in the middle of the day though. Love the black.
Yes, I agree
